| EDI Service Bureau. We've processed
millions of dollars a week in customer utility bills through our EDI
Service Bureau. We set up the EDI billing system for your bills in
our offices and download your electronic invoices weekly. We then
send you a computer data file that you can directly import into your
utility accounting software package. No muss, no fuss. You get your
bills electronically so there's no need for manual data entry AND
you get the advantages of EDI without having to set up your own EDI
system! |
| Your Own EDI System. If you'd prefer
to have your own EDI system, we can also set you up with the software,
training, and tools you'll need to download, translate, and process
your utility bills electronically. The choice is yours! We offer an
EDI translator – Datatrek™ - that works with your current
PCs — no need to use expensive mainframe software! The software
complements the Utility Manager beautifully — you download the
EDI bills and import them into Utility Manager. Need to make electronic
EDI payments as well as receiving the billings? No problem... we offer
that too. |
