| On-Site. We offer 1 and 2 day training in
using your utility accounting software and database to its fullest
— and we'll do it at YOUR offices! We can help you and your colleagues
learn how to properly maintain your site, vendor, account, and meter
information; enter utility bills to enhance later analysis; import
and export data; and run the reports and graphs you need. Our trainings
are hands-on and include exercises that really give you experience
in using the program. And, if we've done a database
"Hot Start" for you, the training will use YOUR data. |
| Online. We also offer trainings online.
Two training sessions are typically provided: 1) data entry, database
maintenance, and batch data entry ("Getting data into the Utility
Manager") and 2) reports and graphs ("Getting data out of
the Utility Manager"). Each session lasts up to 2 hours.
